Arrival · 16 January 2027. The Wild Winter bus departs Prague Airport at 12:00. Please arrange your flight to arrive with enough time to collect your luggage and be ready for departure before 12:00.
Departure · 21 January 2027. After breakfast, our bus takes you from the hotel back to Prague Airport, arriving at approximately 12:00. Please allow sufficient time before your flight.
Not included: flights, travel insurance, personal expenses, and additional hotel treatments or services outside the included programme.
You do not need previous experience with cold exposure or breathwork. You do need a reasonable level of physical fitness and the ability to participate in a normal 3-4 hour hike. Every activity is approached progressively and participation in cold exposure is voluntary.
Winter is unpredictable. Mountain routes, summits, cold-water locations and other activities may change depending on weather, conditions and the judgement of the expedition team. The programme adapts to nature. Nature does not adapt to the programme.
