We share personal data only where necessary: with the hotel and transfer providers to arrange your stay and travel, with our payment provider to process payments, and with service providers that help us operate the website and our booking process. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. Your card details are provided directly to the payment provider and are not stored by us. The payment provider processes your data in accordance with its own privacy terms.
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to meet legal, accounting and reporting obligations. Health information is retained only as long as needed in connection with your participation and safety, and then deleted or anonymised.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to request correction or deletion, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
