A six-day immersive experience combining physical challenge, breathwork, cold exposure, scientific understanding, recovery and human connection. Designed to challenge you, intelligently.
Imagine waking in the Polish mountains. Outside, the forest is covered in snow. Your breath becomes visible the moment you step outside.
Over the coming days, mountain, cold and breath become tools for exploration. It is designed to challenge you, not through competition, not through forcing, but through carefully guided experiences that invite you to explore your relationship with discomfort, attention, pressure and self-trust.
This is not a list of activities. It is a progression.
Each day builds upon the last through breathwork, movement, cold exposure, mountain adventures, reflection and connection.
Some moments will feel powerful. Some will feel peaceful. Some may challenge you. And some of the most memorable parts, we won't tell you about yet.

Your journey begins as we leave the airport behind and travel into the mountains of Karpacz.
Tonight is deliberately simple. Check in, settle into your room and allow yourself to arrive. There is nothing to achieve and nowhere you need to be.

The first morning begins with movement, breathwork and our opening circle before we head into the winter landscape.
Walking through snow-covered forest and mountain trails, you begin exploring the connection between breathing, movement and your nervous system, before meeting the cold for real.
The point is not to prove how tough you are. It is to notice what happens when you stop fighting the experience.

After morning breathwork and breakfast, we travel deeper into the mountains for one of the expedition's signature experiences.
Snow. Wind. Silence. Cold. You learn to move through the winter environment with awareness, regulating your breath, managing your energy and listening to your body.
At times we move together. At times in silence. The mountain becomes a mirror for how you respond when comfort and control disappear.

We create space for breathwork, movement and reflection before travelling into the forest to one of the expedition's most powerful locations. You prepare physically and mentally before meeting the water, then learn how to return to warmth using your own body.

We begin with powerful breathwork and movement before travelling towards the mountains.
Crampons on. Breath steady. One step at a time. Parts of the ascent unfold in silence, creating space to notice what appears when there is nowhere to hide from yourself.
Before the final climb, you are invited to choose something you are ready to leave behind. Conditions permitting, our destination is the summit of Śnieżka.
Over six days you have breathed differently, moved differently, experienced cold differently and discovered what happens when you voluntarily step outside the familiar.
New tools. New friendships. A new relationship with discomfort. A different idea of what you are capable of.
Recovery is part of the expedition, not an afterthought. After the mountains, cold and winter air, we return to the five-star Green Mountain Hotel and its extensive spa and recovery facilities. Saunas. Steam. Swimming pools. Jacuzzis. Flotation. Warmth. Rest.
A place for the body to recover, the nervous system to settle and the experiences of the day to land. Because challenge and recovery belong together.

Expect generous breakfasts and nourishing meals in beautiful surroundings overlooking the surrounding mountains. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included throughout the expedition, with a variety of Polish and international dishes served at Green Mountain Hotel.
Nourish. Recover. Connect. Dietary requirements can be shared during booking so available options can be confirmed in advance.

You do not need to be an extreme athlete. You do not need previous cold exposure experience. You do not need to be experienced in breathwork. You need curiosity, a reasonable level of physical fitness and a willingness to step beyond your usual comfort zone.
Wild Winter is for people who want more than another holiday. People curious about what they are capable of. People who want to understand how they respond under pressure. People who value both science and direct experience. People drawn to nature, challenge and something beyond the ordinary.
You don't need to know exactly why you're coming. Sometimes the wild answers that for you.
